Nebraska Residential Lease Agreement Template
This Nebraska Residential Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into on the _____ day of _______________, 20____ (the "Effective Date"), by and between ___________________________ (the "Landlord") and ___________________________ (the "Tenant"). 1. Term of the Lease

The Landlord is responsible for repairs to the structure of the building, major systems, and compliance with health and safety laws.
6. Alterations and Improvements
Without prior written consent from the Landlord, the Tenant shall not make any alterations, additions, or improvements to the Premises.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.
