Nebraska Divorce Settlement Agreement
This Divorce Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between _________________ ("Party One") and _________________ ("Party Two") (collectively referred to as the "Parties"), and is made pursuant to the laws of the State of Nebraska. This Agreement outlines the terms agreed upon by the Parties regarding the distribution of their marital assets, debts, child custody, support, and spousal support following the dissolution of their marriage.
WHEREAS, the Parties were married on _________________, in _________________, Nebraska, and now desire to dissolve their marriage; and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to settle all issues related to their marriage, including but not limited to, asset division, debt division, child custody, child support, and spousal support, in a manner mutually agreeable to both Parties;

- Amendment:
This Agreement may only be amended, modified, or supplemented by an agreement in writing signed by both Parties.
- Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
